I have two poems and one short story going live this month.
Where did January go? I can’t believe it’s mid-February already.
I have several projects planned for this year. I finished my poetry collection and I’m pitching that. I’m about two weeks from completing edits on my YA manuscript. I should be done with my second short story collection in April. Then, I start the trilogy I planned to write in 2009.
I need a Starbucks fairy.
Happy New Year!
I hope 2018 was a great year for you and 2019 brings you even more happiness and success.
2018 was a fantastic year for me. I signed a publishing contract for my collection of short stories, published fifteen short stories and poems, and outlined sixteen short stories for my next project.
For the past six months, I’ve tried to write every single day even if I didn’t want to get out bed. It paid off. I finished my memoir/poetry collection yesterday and I’m trying to find a home for it. My goal is to finish the second short story collection by June then start writing a fantasy novel that I’ve been kicking around for nine years. I have a few more edits for a YA novel that I completed a few years ago. I’m going to send that to a few agents who were interested in it.
I’ll update you as things progress.
Happy reading and writing!

It’s been a great year so far. I have nine pieces published. Currently, I’m a finalist in two contests and I’ll find out in the next two weeks if I won. Stay tuned.
It’s been an awesome year so far. I have five new stories and poems out. Now, back to editing the novel.
I’m finally writing the story I outlined in 2012.
